Process of Weaving Vinyl Coated Chicken Wire:

This vinyl coated chicken wire fencing, also known as chicken wire fence, will last a long time. 18 or 20 gauge galvanized core wire, weaving into hex netting fence is dipped in a tough, flexible, thick coating of black PVC. The resulting vinyl coated chicken fencing has an approximate 18 gauge overall finished thickness and is very corrosion resistant.

Description:

1″ woven hexagonal mesh, 20 gauge, Vinyl Coated (PVC) hexagonal poultry netting mesh and fence will last a long time. 20 gauge galvanized before weaving (GBW) 1″ hex netting is dipped in a tough, flexible, thick coating of black PVC.
The resulting vinyl coated hexagonal poultry netting fence has an approximate 18 gauge overall finished thickness and is very corrosion resistant. Inhibitors in the vinyl coated wire fence protect it from UV degradation.
The thick coating is tightly bonded to the wire and extremely resistant to cracking, chipping and weathering. Black color makes the mesh blend in with the landscape.
